Heard learned counsel for the respondent. 2. Alleging violation of the orders dated 22.7.2021 in Writ Petition No.14022 of 2021, the present Contempt Case has been filed. A learned Judge of this Court while granting time for filing counter, directed the respondents therein not to lay road if it is covered by Award No.41 of 2007, dated 24.7.2007. 3. In the Contempt Case, the respondent filed counter affidavit and in paragraph No.14, it is specifically stated that the construction has been 2 stopped on receipt of the interim orders dated 22.7.2021 and as such there is no violation of the Court orders as alleged. 3. In the light of the said specific assertion, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner may seek recourse to law, in the event any fresh cause of action arises. No order as to costs.
