Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 16th September, 2025 in 5th line of paragraph 7 mentioning the nomenclature of the learned Special Judge as “learned Judge, Special Court, Chanchal, Malda” instead of “learned Judge, Special Court under POCSO Act, Krishnagar at Nadia”. 3. The nomenclature of the learned Special Court in the aforesaid order at paragraph 7 be read as “learned Judge, 2 Special Court under POCSO Act, Krishnagar at Nadia” instead of “learned Judge, Special Court, Chanchal, Malda”. 4.
