1. Heard Dr. B. N. Gogoi, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. T. Sk, learned counsel for the respondent who submits that the Trial Court has already disposed of Title Suit No. 121/2023 on 28.08.2026 and in support of his submission, he has furnished a copy of the judgment dated 28.08.2026, passed in Title Suit No. 121/2023.

2. Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent ought not to have informed the Trial Court regarding pendency of this revision petition, however, as no stay was granted on the proceeding of Title Suit No. 121/2023, there was no bar for the trial court to proceed with the same.
3. The petitioner may now avail other remedies which are available to him under the law.
4. This civil revision petition has become infructuous and, as such, it is dismissed.
