The Depot Manager, A.P.S.R.T.C., Allagadda Depot, Kurnool District. ...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topetitioner salary in the cadre of Depot Clerk having promoted by office order No. E2/255(8)/2015-RM/Q, dated 11-12-2015, issued by the 2nd respondent and having allowed the petitioner to retire from service by office order No.E1/693(10)/2017-ALG, dated 30-04-2017, by the 3rd respondent, not releasing the petitioner retiral benefits, both regular and annual grade increments, not permitting to submit pension papers and not paid the salary to the month of April, 2017, in spite of the petitioner representations dated 08-05- 2017, to the respondents and same was acknowledged by the respondents on 12-05-2017, which is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, also in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and under Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to fix the petitioner salary in the Cadre of Depot Clerk, release arrears of salary to the month of April, 2017, including both regular and annual grade increments, release retiral benefits and permit to submit pension papers duly considering the petitioner representation dated 08-05-2017, with all consequential benefits or otherwise, the petitioner will suffer serious finance loss and great hardship and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2017(WPMP 28188 OF 2017 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim directions directing the respondents to release the petitioner retiral benefits, both regular and annual grade increments, release pension duly fixing the petitioner salary in the cadre of Depot Clerk including salary to the month of April, 2017, duly considering the petitioner representation dated 0805-2017, pending disposal of the writ petition.
