Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- " a. Issue a Writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to violate fundamental rights enshrined in Article 300-A and various directions issued by the hon'ble Apex court. b. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No. 3 and 4 not to construct Nali/Khadanja upon the ancestral bhumidhari land of the petitioners i.e. Arazi No. 1592 area 0.0810 situated at Village Nadi Nidhaura, Post Nadi, Tehsil Sakaldeeha, Pargana Barah, District Chandauli, so that justice may be done." 3. Instructions submitted by learned Standing Counsel are taken on record. 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the respondents have been directed not to construct Nali without consent of the petitioners. 5. In view of the stand taken by the respondents, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. It is expected that Nali will considered only in accordance with law after obtaining consent of all the parties. 7. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
