The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 05.05.2018 [2025:RJ-JP:38965] (2 of 2) [CCP-1443/2018] whereby, the Court had issued certain directions as regards issuance of caste certificate. Since, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it seems that direction of the Court has been complied with. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
