and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities not to Interfere CIVIL DISPUTES of the petitioner land without following the due process of law and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to restrain/direct the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land, by resorting to illegal activities of civil interference, forcible interference/ threatening pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant leave to the petitioner 5th respondent in WP No.37608 of 2022 to file the counter in the writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“.... to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS by declaring the high handed action of the Respondents to trying to settled the Civil Disputes in land situated at Sy.No.510/3 in an extent of Ac.01.62 cents situated at Vadrapalem, Madakasira, Hindupur R.D, Anantapur without prior notice, without following the due procedure established by law as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, in violation of principles of natural justice and Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent authorities not to Interfere CIVIL DISPUTES of the petitioner land without following the due process of law and to pass ...”
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State placed on record the written instructions and would submit that respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties and they never visited the site of the Petitioner and did not remove any fencing in the subject land.
Learned for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that
