The custody warrant was returnable on 04.02.2025. Now, the revisionist has already undergone that custody period, so nothing remains. 3. Learned counsel for revisionist seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to the revisionist to move an application before the execution court to complete the process of attachment and sale of the immovable property of the revisionist.
