The present appeal has been filed by appellant-State of U.P., against the judgment and order of acquittal of the accused- respondents dated 15.04.2015 passed by Special Judge, (Prevention of Corruption Act), Azamgarh passed in Special Trial No. 43 of 2007 (State of U.P. Vs. Anoop Kumar Srivastava). 4. Bailable warrants were issued against the accused-respondent vide the order dated 26.11.2024. The office through its report dated 20.1.2025 has placed the report of C.J.M., Varanasi which states that the sole respondent has died on 22.11.2019. The trial court's records have been received. 5. Accordingly, the appeal, thus, stands abated. 6. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order.
