JUSTICE SHUBHA MEHTA Order 16/10/2025 This habeas corpus petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 07.10.2025 by which the corpus was admitted to Rajkiya Balika Gruh, Gandhi Nagar Jaipur, Rajasthan. Thereafter, [2025:RJ-JP:42466-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-347/2025] the corpus requested the Superintendent, Rajkiya Balika Gruh, Gandhi Nagar Jaipur, Rajasthan to send her to her parental home. Today, the matter has been listed after receiving a letter dated 14.10.2025 from Superintendent, Rajkiya Balika Gruh, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The concerned officers have produced the corpus before us. Admittedly, corpus is below eighteen years of age. We have interacted with the corpus. She has stated before us that she wants to go and live with her father—petitioner who is present in the Court itself. Considering the statement made by the corpus before us, custody of the corpus is handed over to her father—petitioner in the Court itself. Office is directed to send a copy of this order to the Superintendent, Rajkiya Balika Gruh, Gandhi Nagar Jaipur, Rajasthan. (SHUBHA MEHTA),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J Tushar/64
