Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation Limited has submitted the Written Instructions bearing Rc.No.L1/33060/2023, dated 15.12.2025 furnished by the General Manager (Admin), APSHCL, Vijayawada. The net amount of Rs.8,61,017/- is admitted by the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 and in the Written Instructions, it is indicated that the amount will be disbursed at the earliest. 4. Having considered these contents of the Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merits, directing the Respondents, including the Respondent No.2, to complete the administrative formalities in all respects, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination within period of eight (08) weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. 4. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the Competent Authority within four (04) weeks from today. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 6.
