This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief : "I. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Regional Passport Officer (respondent no.02) to decide the Online Application Reference No.25- 0001501978 and its File No.LK1070719832025 filed by the petitioner for renew/re-issue the passport No.G2056200 of the petitioner expeditiously, within a time bound period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that identical issue had already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in Pawan Kumar Rajbhar v. Union of India and others, Neutral Citation No. - 2024:AHC:26720-DB, therefore, this writ petition may also be disposed of, on the same terms and conditions. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute that the controversy involved in this matter is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgement. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of in terms of the judgement rendered in the case of Pawan Kumar Rajbhar (Supra).
