GP FOR REVENUE 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the order dated 30.06.2022 vide MC No. 225/2022 under Section 144 Cr.P.0 issued by the Court of the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Rajamahendravaram Rural tinder the dictation of the RDO, dated 17.06.2022 vide Ref.H/2066/2022, despite CC No. 1131/2022 pending before the Northle V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rajamahendravaram, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, under the influence of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajamahendravaram, contrary to the Section 144 of Cr.P.0 and violative of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the order dated 30.06.2022 issued by the 6th respondent and direct the respondents particularly the 5th respondent not to interfere with the day-to-day administration/Worships Services of the petitioner's Selma Anderson Memorial Lutheran Church, V T Sanitorium.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the impugned order is not in force and the revocation orders are also passed, hence, the cause of action does not survive. 3.
