ORDER:-
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in proceeding with the construction of public toilets right opposite the petitioners’ property.
2. It is submitted that there are available public toilets at the end of the street; however, the proposal to construct public toilets right in the midst of a densely populated colony would result in severe inconvenience to the residents. In this regard, the petitioners submitted a representation dated 17.11.2025, which is pending consideration by the 2nd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 2nd respondent be
directed to dispose of the representation by duly taking into account, the objections raised by the residents of the area.
4. Considering the same, the writ petition is disposed off, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the objections raised by the petitioners and others who are residing the said vicinity and pass necessary orders within a period of four (4) weeks. Pending considering of the said representation, the further construction of the public toilets is stayed. There shall no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
