Heard Sri S.V.S.S.Siva Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that after receipt of complaint from the petitioner through registered post, a case in Crime No.95 of 2025 under Sections 329(4), 115(2), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS, 2023 at Kondapuram Police Station, has been registered against the persons mentioned in the complaint and have taken up the investigation. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4 5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
