Pathak, Advocate for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Kailash Chandra Tiwari, Advocate for the respondent. 3. The suit was filed by the petitioner/plaintiff against the respondent/defendant during the course of cross examination of the petitioner/plaintiff. 4. An application has been moved by the respondent/defendant for permitting him to cross examine the witness PW2-husband of the petitioner/plaintiff in respect of certain photographs. That application was allowed by the order dated 20.02.2024 and the respondent/defendant was permitted to cross examine the husband of the petitioner/plaintiff-PW2. 5. It is feeling aggrieved by the said order dated 20.02.2024, the petitioner before this Court. 6. It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondent that the cross examination is over and even the other witnesses have now been examined. 7.
