JUDGMENT AND ORDER
1. Mr. H. Nongkhlaw, learned counsel has entered appearance today on behalf of the respondents Nos. 4 & 5, however, office note indicates that service is not complete on the respondent No. 6.
2. Mr. M.L. Nongpiur, learned counsel for the respondents Nos. 1, 2 & 3, has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.12.2025, the respondents have taken necessary steps and the Revenue Officer will shortly be passing appropriate orders, in connection with the 2026:MLHC:82
complaint filed by the writ petitioner against issuance of Land Holding Certificate, in favour of the respondent No. 4.
3. In view of these circumstances nothing remains for
consideration, however, it is expected that the order be passed within a period of 2(two) months, from today.
4. The matter stands closed and is accordingly disposed of.
