Matter comes upon an interim application No.1/2025 seeking interim bail on the ground of marriage of the son of the appellant. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that the marriage of the son of the appellant is going to be solemnized on 02.11.2025 and his presence is required to perform the necessary rites/ rituals of marriage, therefore, the sentence awarded to the appellant be suspended for certain period to perform the aforesaid rituals. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has furnished the report of Station House Officer, Police Station Bhiwadi, which certifies the fact that the aforesaid factum of marriage of appellant’s son is correct. (2 of 2) [SOSA-71/2024] 4. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this Court deems it just and proper to suspend the sentence of the appellant w.e.f. 28.10.2025 to 03.11.2025. 5. The appellant is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Authorities on 03.11.2025 on or before 5:00 PM in the evening. 6. Accordingly, the application for suspension of sentence filed by the applicant-appellant is allowed, subject to the condition that he executes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- along- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the satisfaction of the trial Court. 7.
