ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent authorities, especially Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5, to forthwith consider, examine and dispose of the petitioner's detailed representation dated 04-12-2025, strictly in accordance with law, and to take all necessary steps for providing police protection to Sri Kanaka Durgamba Devasthanam Temple, its Trust and Trust members, devotees and properties, by preventing illegal interference, threats and encroachments, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.…”
2. Heard Sri Veeravalli Venkata Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent- police are not considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 04.12.2025 seeking police protection.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the report made by the petitioner, the respondent-police have called all the parties concerned to the police station for enquiry. During the course of enquiry, it came to light that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and third parties. He would further submit that the petitioner’s father filed a civil suit on the file of the learned III Additional

Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati vide O.S.No.372 of 2025 and the said suit is pending for consideration. As the matter is purely civil in nature, unless there is any direction from the Court, the police cannot provide any protection in this matter.
5. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies before the competent Civil Court where the suit is pending. No order as to costs.
