ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take legal action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.10.2019, in accordance with law. 2. Heard learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R. Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, the police registered Crime No. 108 of 2019 on 30.10.2019 at Halaharvi Police Station, Kurnool District. 4.
In view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, as a case has already been registered on the complaint of the petitioner, no further orders are required in the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission without going into the merits of the case. There shall be no order as to costs.
