When the petitioner's minor daughter had gone missing, her complaint in this regard, to the jurisdictional police, came to be registered in F.I.R. No.15 of 2025 on 13.03.2025 under the caption 'girl missing'. Since there was no further progress in the petitioner's complaint, she has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition. 2. When we had interacted with the minor girl, she expressed that she intends to live with her parents. The parents were also present before this Court and reiterated that they would take care of their minor daughter. 4.
