...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondents No.4 to 6 in colluding with the Respondents No.7 and 8 without registering any Crime calling for the petitioner to the 4th respondent police on 15-06-2023 at about 7.00 AM obtained signatures on 5 blank promissiory notes and white papers by threatening the petitioner with her caste name particulairy the respondents No.6 to 8 demanding to pay an amount of Rs.55 lakhs on or before 10-07-2023 as arbitrary, illegal against Art.19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the Respondents No.2 and 3 to register FIR against the respondents No.4 to 8 as per registered complaint send through registered post Dt.23-06- 2023 and his followers, who threatened the petitioner with filthy language on petitioner caste name by threatening her to sign on blank stamp papers and white papers by handovering to 7th respondent(photos enclosed herewith for kind perusal of this Honourable Court) and to pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents No.2 to 6 herein not to call for the petitioner to the police station without registering any crime against her pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Nagaraju Naguru, learned counsel on record for the petitioner that there is a need for change of vakalath in this matter, since the learned counsel on record has now become Government Pleader. 3. At this juncture, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have not

registered any crime basing on the complaint of the petitioner, since, on enquiry, it is found that the allegations made therein as false. 4. Recording the same, as no further arguments are required in this matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
