Learned counsel for petitioner has sought permission of the Court to withdraw the petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court afresh for bail, after completion of investigation. 3. In light of the above submission, without expressing any view on the merits of the case, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application before the Sessions Court, after filing of final report.
