1. Heard Mr. Rishabh Bisen, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Malay Shrivastava, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“It is therefore, prayed accordingly that on the above
facts and circumstances this instant petition for Direction to accused and concerned police station for and direct the learned trial Court (As per the
Judgment of TP (Cr.) No. 20/2025) to first collect the DNA Report then to conduct the fair trial, without abusing the process of law and without attracting the miscarriage of Justice presently pending before KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN
2 Additional Session Judge, Raipur (C.G.) as Session Trial No. 08/2025, (State of C.G. Vs. Lokesh Lautre) or in which court this Hon’ble Court direct in Transfer Petition Criminal No. 20/2025 pending for
consideration before, this Hon’ble High Court, in the interest of justice. Any other relief with this Hon’ble Court may think just and proper may also kindly be allowed in the interest of justice.s”
3. From perusal of the relief prayed for in the present petition, it transpires that the same is a defective one as the counsel for the petitioner has only drafted a vague and sketchy prayer.
