Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter at length, on the instructions, states that in view of the order passed by the Appellate Authority, a fresh election of the Society namely Madarsa Hanfia Faizul Uloom Ahle Sunnat may be directed to be held within a time bound period. 3. To the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the Assistant Registrar (respondent no.3) is directed to hold fresh election of the Society namely Madarsa Hanfia Faizul Uloom Ahle Sunnat within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with the bye-laws of the Society and in accordance with law. 5. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
