1. The limited submission made by the petitioner is that with respect to discrepancies in his pension and its fixation in comparison to others, the petitioner has made his representation to the respondent No.4 on 13.06.2025 but till date no decision has been taken on the same therefore he may be permitted to make his fresh representation before the respondent No.2 who may be directed to forward the said representation to the High Powered Pension Redressal Committee Digitally signed by INDRAJEET SAHU Date: 2025.09.01 15:02:17 +0530
2 constituted by the State Govt. for appropriate decision in accordance with law within stipulated time frame so that the grievance of the petitioner may be redressed.

Learned counsel for the respective respondents have no objection if such a direction is given to the authority concerned to decide the representation of the petitioner within stipulated time period.
3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition stands
disposed of directing the petitioner to make his fresh representation raising all his grievances to the respondent No.2 within two weeks from today along with copy of this order and the respondent No.2, in turn, is further directed to forward the said representation to the High Powered Pension Redressal Committee constituted by the State Govt. who shall decide the claim of the petitioner within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of fresh representation after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned in accordance with law on its own merit.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the present Writ Petition stands
