The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing respondent No.2 and 3 to grant pay scale of Principal to petitioner in Sarvoday Kisan Inter College Jawli, Ghaziabad w.e.f. 09.05.2022 and pay salary accordingly regularly alongwith arrears with interest on delayed payment. (B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 17.05.2024 (Annexure No.11) filed by the petitioner before him." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the claim of petitioner for payment of salary for the post of Principal is pending, as the petitioner is working on the aforesaid post on adhoc basis before District Inspector of Schools, Ghaziabad. In this respect, petitioner has filed an application dated 17.05.2024 before respondent no.2, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that application of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.2- District Inspector of Schools, Ghaziabad shall decide the application dated 17.05.2024 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
