The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; a) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or order or direction in the nature of writ, quashing the termination order passed by the Respondent No.2 - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:3699 WP No. 101493 of 2023 dated 21.02.2023 bearing no.HDMC/66/07/02/ 2022-23 vide ANNEXURE-N to this Writ Petition; b) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or order or direction in the nature of writ, quashing the termination order passed by the Respondent No.3 dated 24.02.2023 bearing no.HDMC/67/07/2022- 23 vide ANNEXURE-P to this Writ Petition; c) Issue any order or direction in the nature of writ as this Hon’ble court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case including as to the cost by allowing this writ petition in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the above petition has been rendered infructuous on account of fresh tender being issued. 3. Accepting the said submission, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 4. In view of disposal of the writ petition, pending interlocutory applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and are disposed of accordingly.
