Sri Varun Byreddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that substantial amount received by the petitioner and with regard to the balance amount the petitioner will take steps independently before appropriate forum. 3. Recording the said submissions, as the amounts are substantially paid, there remains nothing for adjudication and as the petitioner has intention to take steps before appropriate forum, the contempt case can be closed. 4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
