This appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, has been preferred by the claimants seeking enhancement of the amount under award dated 04.09.2021 passed in Claim Case No.38/2019 by the learned Additional Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Saraypali, District Mahasamund. 2. At the very out set, learned counsels appearing for the appellants/claimants and respondent No.3/ insurance company would submit that the parties have amicably settled the dispute outside the Court and the insurance company will pay Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs) over and above the amount already awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal. 3 3. In view of the above, the instant appeal stands disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to pay the additional amount without interest within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disbursing the amount of compensation to the claimants.
