ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in summoning the petitioner and his family members to Police Station and bringing pressure on the petitioner to come to terms with the unofficial respondent in respect of financial transactions between them as illegal, arbitrary and violative of his fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and for a consequential direction, directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the civil disputes in between petitioner and the unofficial respondent forthwith and pass...…”
2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous in this matter.
