Heard Mr. Harsh Vardhan Dhanik, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. G.S. Sandhu, Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned Brief Holder for the respondents. 3. Mr. G.S. Sandhu, Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted that the applicants have been exonerated by the Investigating Officer during the course of the investigation. 4. After the said submission, on the request of Mr. Harsh Vardhan Dhanik, Advocate, the present Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA No.284 of 2025) is disposed of accordingly.
