DASARI NAVEEN The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 here in not considering the reprasentation dated 11.7.2022 filed at Spandana Program conducted by the 2nd respondent seeking action against the respondent 5 to 8 herein for using the name of the petitioner society and letter heads for getting undue advantage by representing them as members of the petitioners society is illegal arbitrary and volatile of Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent 2 to 4 here to conduct fair investigation in the matter.” 2.
