It is also seen that, on the earlier occasion, i.e. on 25.08.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Page No.# 2/2 3. Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State, however, submits that, as was submitted by Mr. R. J. Baruah on the earlier occasion, the charge-sheet has already been submitted in connection with the instant case, vide Charge-Sheet No. 58/2026 dated 24.05.2026. He submits that the said information had already been placed before the Court on the earlier occasion; however, in the interest of justice, the matter was directed to be listed again before the Court, and accordingly, the matter is listed today. However, when the matter is called up today in the first half, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, the matter is deferred till the second half. When the matter is again called up in the second half, there is still no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As such, in the interest of justice, the instant petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court by filing an appropriate application. 4. It is also seen that the petitioner was enlarged on interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 25.09.2025. Accordingly, the said interim order shall remain extended for a further period of 15 days, so as to enable the petitioner to avail the remedy available as per law. 5.
