Accordingly, the representation dated 03.02.2025 made by the petitioner, which has been sought to be directed to be decided by the respondent No. 2, becomes infructuous. In light of the same, we are of the view that the writ petition itself has become infructuous and thus the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to act in accordance with law and to challenge the appointment of the respondent No. 4, if the petitioner is so advised.
