...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus Challenging inaction on the part of the Respondent No.4 in initiating action against Respondent 5 to 9 upon the complaints given by the petitioner on 15-10-2022, and 01-11-2022 (register post) despite decree of injunction obtained by petitioner against Respondent No.5 and another in 0.S.No.196/2018 on the Court in the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge- Cum- Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Narsipatnam, date.28-02-2019, is nothing but arbitrary, illegally, unreasonable and in violation of the Principles of Natural Justice and Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Art.14, and 300- A of the Constitution of India and Rules made there under by consequently directing the Respondents No.3 and 4 to register FIR against Respondent 5 to 9 upon the complaints of petitioner by further consequently directing the Respondent 3 and 4 to implement the decree of injunction dt.28-02-2019 in 0.S.No.196/2018 on file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-Cum- Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District, by Granting police aid and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to Grant Interim Orders of Direction directing the Respondent No.4 to initiate action upon the complaint of petitioner 15-10-2022 against to Respondents

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus Challenging inaction on the part of the Respondent No.4 in initiating action against Respondent 5 to 9 upon the complaints given by the petitioner on 15-10-2022, and 01-11-2022 (register post) despite decree of injunction obtained by petitioner against Respondent No.5 and another in 0.S.No.196/2018 on the Court in the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge-Cum- Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Narsipatnam, dated 28-02-2019, is nothing but arbitrary, illegally, unreasonable and in violation of the Principles of Natural Justice and Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Art.14, and 300-A of the Constitution of India and Rules made there under by consequently directing the Respondents No.3 and 4 to register FIR against Respondent 5 to 9 upon the complaints of petitioner by further consequently directing the Respondent 3 and 4 to implement the decree of injunction dt.28-02-2019 in 0.S.No.196/2018 on file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-Cum- Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Narsipatnam, Visakhapatnam District, by Granting police aid and pass.…”
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter. 3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 5
