The back wages have been computed by respondent at Rs.43,17,377/- but income tax of Rs.10,95,528/- has been deducted which is at the higher income tax rate. 3. As per the entitlement of the petitioner, it is contended that income tax ought to have been deducted in accordance with the applicable rates and This is a digitally signed order.
