Petitioner has not produced any material to even prima facie infer that he was the owner of the pipeline concerned. 2. In that view of the matter, no serious flaw can be traced in the order passed by the Competent Authority on 4 March 2024 rejecting Petitioner’s claim for compensation in respect of the said pipeline.
