2. The grievance of petitioners in this writ petition is with regard to implementation of order dated 20th November, 2022 (Annexure-A) vide Official Memorandum bearing No.R.R.T(S.B)C.R:6/2020-21 passed by the respondent No.3.
3. Heard Smt. Deepika Joshi, learned counsel on behalf of Sri. Sandeep Lahiri, appearing for the petitioners and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ petition, the same would indicate that the petitioners have made representation dated 28th February, 2025 (Annexure-J) to respondents 4 and 5, seeking implementation of the order dated 20th November, 2020 (Annexure-A). In that view of the matter, without

expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondents 4 and 5 are directed to consider the representation dated 28th February, 2025 (Annexure-J) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this
