The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.29937 of 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not passing orders on the Appeal/Representations dated 10.11.2004, 24.02.2009, 08.10.2022, 22.08.2025, and 10.09.2025, submitted by the petitioner seeking reinstatement as Gangman, preferred against the order of removal from service vide S.C. Railway No.3/3/DAR/CM/P.156/2&3, dated 26.02.2004, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Sri Rajesh Royal V.K., learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.U.M.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. The issue involved in this case falls within the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). 4.
