The present bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No.283/2025 registered at Police Station Jotwara, District Jaipur City for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 406, 120-B of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the applicant is a female and she was only an employee of the alleged company, with her role limited to that of an operator. It is submitted that no financial transactions are linked to her bank account, and she had no motive to participate in the alleged scam. 3. Per contra, the learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant have opposed the bail application. It is submitted by learned counsel for the complainant that in the company in question, eleven persons of Malayalam/Kerala origin were involved [2025:RJ-JP:40777] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-8036/2025] in the alleged scam, and the applicant played a role in facilitating financial transactions. It is submitted that she was the only individual who spoke Malayalam. It is further submitted that financial transactions occurred in the company and the matter requires investigation, as the transactions constitute a white-collar crime/scam. 4. Considering the contentions put forth by the counsel for the complainant; the need for further investigation and the evidence of financial transactions, this Court is not inclined to grant the present bail application. 5.
