Issue writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ order or direction by directing the Respondent to consider Ext P3 representation of the Petitioner praying for accepting the OTS amount in 20 equal monthly installments ; ii. Direct the Respondent Bank to apply the maximum relaxation of interest rates and waiver of penal interest as per the guidelines of the 'Navakeraleeyam Kudishika Nivaranam' OTS scheme, considering the Petitioner's special circumstances.” 2. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent bank to consider Ext.P3 representation for extension of time to pay amounts under the OTS offered to the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank very fairly submits that the bank will consider Ext.P3 in accordance with the law and take a decision thereon. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner 2025:KER:28880 W.P.(C)No.8284 of 2025 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing that Ext.P3 representation filed by the petitioner shall be considered and a decision thereon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
