Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 25.ll.2024, the accused were caught in possession of 14.475Kgs of Ganja at Kuneru Check Post of Komarada MandaI. The contraband, along with other material, was seized under cover of a mediators report. The accused were arrested and got remanded to judicial custody. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. The petitioners are in judicial custody since 25.ll.2024. The quantity of Ganja allegedly Seized from the pessession of the accused is 14.475Kgs, Which iS not a commercial quantity.
