2. The petitioner had sought for setting aside of the endorsement at Annexure-A and had sought for further direction to respondent No.4 to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. Reliance is placed on the order passed in W.P.No.15679/2024 at Annexure-E.

3. This Court in terms of the
order in W.P.No.15679/2024 had directed the Tahsildar to consider the representation of the petitioner for mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and subsequently, the respondent authorities have disposed of the request of the petitioner by recording certain factual findings including that the details of Form No.50 as asserted by the petitioner, were not traceable in the records of the respondent authority.
4. Taking note that the endorsement dated 18.01.2025 is factual in nature, it would be appropriate that the petitioner is relegated to avail of substantive appellate remedy as is permissible under the provisions of Land Revenue Act insofar as the endorsement dated
18.01.2015.
5. Accordingly, the petition is
disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action as regards the endorsement at Annexure-A by

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42283 WP No. 24745 of 2025 instituting necessary appeal proceedings as is permissible under the Land Revenue Act.
6. Needless to state, the petitioner's possession is not to be disturbed for a period of four weeks, within such time the petitioner submits that necessary statutory remedy available would be resorted to and appropriate interim order would be sought for before the Appellate authority.
7. Accordingly, petition is disposed of in terms of the above decision. All contentions are kept. Sd/- (S SUNIL DUTT YADAV) JUDGE MCR
