The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patan P.S. Case No. 24/2025 registered under Sections 318(4) and 336(3) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the learned court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the false allegation is made against the petitioner of not depositing the collected amount in the company to the tune of Rs.1,30,643/-. He further submits that the supplementary affidavit has been filed wherein the receipts of the Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd. have been annexed, in view of that the amount has already been deposited. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 9 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation is there against the petitioner of not depositing the amount of Rs.1,30,643/- in the company. 5. Looking into the contents of the supplementary affidavit, it 2025:JHHC:35267 2 transpired that certain amount has been deposited in the company and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para-9 of the petition; I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Patan P.S. Case No. 24/2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
