The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 25.1.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 23 of 2025 under Sections 120 (B), 506, 436, 307 IPC and 3 (1) (r), 3 (1)(s) and 3 (2)(va) SC/ST Act, Police Station Ubhao, District Ballia. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that charge-sheet no. A-89/25 dated 06.4.2025 has been filed in the present case. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 5. In view of above, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
