Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering R.C.No.235/2024/S.S./ Dt.29.11.2024, signed on 04.01.2025 to log open the web land in respect of the property admeasuring Ac.0.30cts in Sy.No.153-8B and Ac.0.44cts in Sy.No.183-18A the recommendation of the Tahsildar R.C.No.235/2024/S.S./Dt.31.11.2024 in 6 petitioners land of Parijapadu Village, Jiyyammavalasa Mandal, Parvatipuram Manyam District as bad, illegal, arbitrary and violative of the provisions of A.P. ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering R.C.No.235/2024/S.S./ Dt.29.11.2024, signed on 04.01.2025 to log open the web land in respect of the property admeasuring Ac.0.30cts in Sy.No.153-8B and Ac.0.44cts in Sy.No.183-18A the recommendation of the Tahsildar R.C.No.235/2024/S.S./ Dt.31.11.2024 in 6 petitioners land of Parijapadu Village, Jiyyammavalasa Mandal, Parvatipuram Manyam District as bad, illegal, arbitrary and violative of the provisions of A.P. 2. Heard Sri V.Uday Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for mutation of her name in the revenue records and web adangal. The said application has been considered and an endorsement has been given on 29.11.2024 and subsequently the petitioner has submitted one more application and the said application has been forwarded to respondent no.3 by respondent no.4 on 31.11.2024 on the ground as the said survey number is not

sub-divided and accordingly the web adangal option is only with the Joint Collector. Accordingly, he recommended the same, vide letter dated 31.11.2024. Despite the said report and recommendation, respondent no.3 has not considered and passed any order.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions and on perusal of the record, respondent no.3 may consider the report and recommendations made by respondent no.4 and pass appropriate orders as per the records, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
