The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- 10.1. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records relating to the case of the petitioner. 10.2. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ and direct the respondents to released the balance amount of Rs. 81,30,493/- in favour of petitioner and also direct to pay 18% interest per annum on delay payment on said amount, within a period of 30 days. 3 10.3. Any other relief which Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and cost of the petition.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse of law before the appropriate forum. 3.
