Hon'ble Nalin Kumar Srivastava,J. 1. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Moradabad to decide the Criminal Misc. Case No.224 of 2021 (Rishipal Singh Vs. Smt. Nrayan Devi) under Section 127 Cr.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant before this court is the complainant in this case. The aforesaid case is pending since 2021. The maintenance order dated 31.8.2019 has been challenged by the present applicant. The opposite party no.2 has appeared in the said proceedings which is still pending at the stage of evidence of opposite party no.2. It is further submitted that no maintenance allowance has been paid by the applicant to the opposite party no.2 / wife because the applicant claims that opposite party no.2 is not his wife. Hence, a prayer has been made to issue direction to the court concerned for the expeditious disposal of the case. 4. In the circumstances, the Court concerned is directed to decide / dispose of the said case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted in the matter by/to either of the parties. 5. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
