Case No. 47 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C. and subsequently added Section 376(D)(A) of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Nagaruntari. 3. The accused persons are alleged to have gang raped the victim. After raping her, they inserted a piece of wood in her private parts and thereafter, throttled her to death. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused persons. 5. Mr. Amrita Kumari, learned A.P.P. has submitted that the investigation is still under progress. 6. In view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
